    bolehkah pihak syarikat menggantung kerja pekerja terbabit.

    1. Terima kasih kerana singgah di blog ini dan mengajukan pertanyaan.
      Pertama sekali saya memohon maaf kerana lewat dalam membalas pertanyaan saudara/saudari atas kekangan kerja.
      Jawapan kepada pertanyaan saudara/saudari adalah boleh bergantung kepada tahap keseriusan kesalahan tersebut.
      Sebagai contoh, seperti kesalahan bergaduh atau mencuri adalah kesalahan yang amat berat maka pihak syarikat boleh memberikan surat tunjuk sebab dengan penggantungan kerja bagi menjalankan siasatan lanjut.

    Mohon maaf atas kelewatan membalas pertanyaan saudari atas kekangan kerja.
    Nasihat saya sekiranya saudari menerima surat tunjuk sebab saudari perlu menyatakan perkara yang sebenar benarnya untuk memberi ruang kepada pihak syarikat menjalankan siasatan secara menyeluruh. Saya pasti Jabatan Sumber Manusia akan menyiasat perkara dengan seadilnya da tidak menghukum pekerja yang tidak bersalah.
